MUSICmiles is a loyalty and reward programme for music educators across Canada. This is Yamaha Canada's way of thanking music educators for making Yamaha the number one choice for musical instruments and audio products and to help with their future Yamaha purchases.

Any Music Educator or Music Institution in Canada may register to collect MUSICmiles. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.

MUSICmiles rewards are calculated at one (1) MUSICmile for every forty (40) Canadian dollars spent on new eligible Yamaha Music Products (2.5% reward return), excluding federal and provincial taxes. Registered educators must submit their qualifying transactions each time to ensure that points will be added to their account.

No. MUSICmiles can only be collected on eligible purchases made after the date you registered with the MUSICmiles programme.

All Yamaha musical instruments, live sound and music production gear, as well as audio products (such as receivers and surround speaker systems) purchased via authorized Yamaha Canada Music Ltd. Dealers are eligible for MUSICmiles points.

One (1) MUSICmile is worth one (1) dollar of credit (excluding all taxes) towards:

• Yamaha products at an Authorized Yamaha Canada Music Ltd. Dealer;
• Clinics and workshops for your school by Yamaha Artists at YamahaClinics.ca.

Redemption is done on this site by requesting a redemption certificate through the online redemption form. Please note that there are redemption thresholds that must be met before point redemptions can occur:

Secondary	150 MUSICmiles™
College / University	250 MUSICmiles™

(This means that, for example, a Secondary School must accumulate 150 MUSICmiles before they can be redeemed for products.)

Any product currently offered by Yamaha Canada Music Ltd. is eligible for MUSICmiles point redemption certificates. (This does not include any Yamaha Motors product or recreational goods offered by Yamaha Corporation.) The product(s) being purchased must be acquired via an Authorized Yamaha Canada Music Ltd. Dealer and the MUSICmiles redemption certificate can be used to discount the price up to a maximum of 100% (excluding all taxes) - credits for unspent balances will not be issued. This includes all Yamaha-branded Guitar, Drum, Band and Orchestral, Piano, Electronic Keyboard, Music Production, Live Sound, Home Audio and Accessory product. MUSICmiles may be used towards clinics and workshops for your school by Yamaha Artists at YamahaClinics.ca.

No, MUSICmiles must be redeemed for the exclusive use of the educator in their school or institution. MUSICmiles™ points are the property of the institution for which the MUSICmiles™ points have been collected and are non-transferable between institutions.

No. Yamaha does not give, rent or sell collector lists from the MUSICmiles Reward Programme to any organization our individual other than business units of Yamaha and companies contracted to process and manage collector transaction records, redemption requests and communications.
